The projet is demonstrate that the center of gravity of objects always tends to the lowest point possible in order to reach rest.
Description: Two funnels are used to make a double cone. Use adhesive tap to stick their rims together. The sloping track is made from aluminium strip. the gradient will depend on the size of the funnels. When the double cone is placed at the lower end of the frame, it automatically starts to roll upward, giving the impression of defying the universal law of gravitational force. This is because as the funnels appear to move up, the increasing width of the track lowers the funnels so that its centre of gravity actually becomes lower.
